No absolute protection guarantee
GuardTune does not guarantee that every malicious program, cyberattack, security vulnerability, unwanted application, hardware problem, driver issue or system failure will be detected, prevented or repaired.
Security and optimization results may differ depending on Windows version, hardware, installed applications, system configuration and third-party services.
Backups and safe use
Users should maintain regular backups of important data and follow appropriate cybersecurity practices.
Beta / Preview release
During GuardTune's Beta/Preview period, features may be incomplete, changed or improved without notice. Beta builds may display Windows Unknown Publisher or SmartScreen warnings until production code signing is implemented.
Current antivirus scope: the GuardTune Beta currently provides a limited antivirus/file-monitoring foundation with scan, history and quarantine workflows. Broader malware signatures, cloud/reputation checks and behavioral protection are still under development. During the Beta, GuardTune should not be treated as a replacement for Windows Security or another established primary security product.
